RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

— Unworn and unwashed

— In original condition with all tags attached

— In original packaging (box, tissue paper, and bag)

2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions

3. Return the item via the provided courier or drop-off instructions

4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges on all items subject to stock availability. To exchange, follow the same process above and indicate your preferred size. If your requested size is unavailable, you will be offered a full refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@concept190.com with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
